"Rowlands" is a recently converted factory, now a two bedroom townhouse: formed within the walls of a factory built in the last days of the 19th century.
As the walls were built in the 1880's and this location retains the original thick walls and high ceilings that give such a sense of light and space. Comfortable, relaxed "Freo" style - airy with high ceilings. Enjoy your stay in Fremantle with the cafes and restaurants just 15 minutes walk away. A cheerful friendly pub is about 200m along Hampton Road and opposite that is a selection of restaurants.
The upstairs bedrooms are large with a north facing balcony off the master bedroom. The single beds in the second bedroom can be converted to a king bed. As it is a large room it can accommodate 2 singles and 2 rollaways or 1 king and 2 rollaways. Both kitchen and dining area look to the north into a sitting area with lawn and vine covered patio. A good size outdoor setting and BBQ so you can take full advantage of the beautiful climate with the small back garden including lawn and patio area, barbecue and outside eating facilities.
