Enter through a small, southerly aspect garden, across the wooden verandah into a Victorian hallway complete with period arches and cornicing.
You will find the master bedroom to the left off the hall ... queen bed, large window and reverse-cycle air conditioning.
The second bedroom has two single beds (that can be joined to form a king) and a spiral staircase to an upper third bedroom with two single beds and interestng views over Fremantle.
The kitchen is equipped with new appliances including dishwasher and is adjacent to the bathroom and a laundry cleverly contained behind large cupboard doors.
The hallway opens into a lovely comfortable and well-lit sitting room with an enclosed atrium garden feature under several skylights and a long dining area which leads into a casual sitting room and kitchen. Glass double doors open onto the wide back verandah with steps to a small courtyard and a path to the large, secure garage. Here you can enjoy the outdoor setting and BBQ.
